The Festival is a large-scale, highly visible, outdoor event where many STEM organizations, companies and groups will connect with thousands of families, science-lovers and festival-goers of all ages. This is a super-charged, super-fun celebration of science! These FREE events feature hundreds of dynamic demonstrations, mind-blowing presentations, hands-on activities and engaging experiments and draw families from all around South Florida.

Volunteers are needed to support Festival events and in the weeks leading up to the event. Volunteer duties range from distributing programs, checking-in exhibitors, helping with event set-up and tear-down and staffing information booths. Regardless of your background, we would love for you to join our team and help make this festival a success. We will provide all volunteers with a Festival t-shirt to keep and wear during your volunteer activities.

We are recruiting and searching for the most popular food vendors the city and region has to offer. This is your chance to put your product in front of thousands of people. Participating vendors also have the added value of awareness through the Festival.

We’re putting together a full program of events and experiences. If you have an idea to share, we want to hear from you. The Festival celebrates every facet of the STEM community – we believe that the broadest mix of ideas, disciplines and perspectives creates the furthest reaching conversations, the most in-depth debates and the most inspiring developments. Whether you’re a scientist, an engineer, a designer, an educator, a collaborator, a lecturer, an inventor or presenter, a producer or influencer – whatever you do or would like to do, get in touch to get involved.
